There was no certified food protection manager present on site. As a category 2, a CFPM, must be present at all time the concession stand is operating as a Category 2. (Hot dogs, hot holding cheese, etc. ) By the next routine inspection, ensure there is a CFPM - 2-102.12: (A) The PERSON IN CHARGE shall be a certified FOOD protection manager who has shown proficiency of required information through passing a test that is part of an ACCREDITED PROGRAM. (B) This section does not apply to certain types of FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS deemed by the REGULATORY AUTHORITY to pose minimal risk of causing, or contributing to, foodborne illness based on the nature of the operation and extent of FOOD preparation. - V |

Observed food handlers put gloves on and start working with food without first washing hands. Observed food handlers change tasks without first washing hands. Ensure hands are washed prior to putting on gloves, when switching tasks and working with food. Ensure when washing hands, the faucet is turned off with paper towel and not bare hands. Food handlers were retrained. Corrected on site. - 2-301.14: FOOD EMPLOYEES shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms as specified under § 2-301.12 immediately before engaging in FOOD preparation including working with exposed FOOD, clean EQUIPMENT and UTENSILS, and unwrapped SINGLESERVICE and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES. - V,COS |

Observed pretzel water spray bottle under the 3 compartment sink. It was stored with other chemical sprayed bottles. Ensure food items are stored so they are protected from contamination.
